All Holiday Inn Express & Suites guests enjoy access to the Three Bear Water Park which features:
- The Big Splash featuring a 1,000 gallon splash bucket
- Grizzly Express – 300′ tube slide, double or single tubes available
- Polar Express – 300′ body slide that’s exciting, fast, thrilling
- Gigantic Family and Adult Hot Tubs – can accommodate 18 people each
- Activity Pool – includes 2 basketball hoops
- Tot Slide – small toddler slide
- Plunge Slide – for the younger children
- Cub Express – 125′
- Lazy River
- 250,000 gallons of heated water
- Lifeguards and attendants on duty at all times
- The Grill & Bar – Waterpark food bar
- Locker rooms and lockers

Hotel Guests Access:
- Each sleeping bed that is in your room allows up to 2 passes for the waterpark that are good through your stay. Need extra bands? We’ve got you covered. Additional bands are available for $20 per band per day after tax.
- Hotel visitors who are not staying must be preapproved prior to coming. When capacity allows, their passes are $15 per person, plus tax (Swim or Dry) per time slot they are attending.
Outside Public Access:
- Non-hotel guests are welcome to utilize the waterpark whenever we have the capacity to do so. Please contact our hotel prior to arrival. We typically can inform guests within a week of arrival. Sunday – Thursday is $20 per person, plus tax. Friday and Saturday is $30 per person, plus tax. Dry pass is $10 per person, plus tax.

Birthday Parties:
Due to limited capacity in the waterpark, we are not offering any Party Packages at this time. Based on availability, larger groups may gain access to the waterpark when the park is open and capacity allows. For more information on rates and dates, call: 218-824-3232
